I love to cook other regional foods coz of  can learn many new recipes and new tastes from them... I have noted the recipe called "Thalipeeth", from Namaste Breakfast show Chef Jamine D'souza from foodfood Channel...  Thank U Chef Jasmine for the wonderful recipe!!! She really well explained and my favorite chef too... Really I loved the taste of this roti n it was really healthy too...

Its mixed of different flours and am sure it can be good choice for your breakfast or dinner instead of our normal rotis....Its bit spicy but great in taste so no worries, kids too love it  much once they have... You too try this and let me know friends!!!

Little about Thalipeeth:

Thalipeeth is a type of savoury multigrain pancake popular in Western India. It is a special Maharashtrian dish. The dough is prepared from a special flour made from roasted channa dal, urad dal, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, wheat and rice.
It is usually served with butter and is very popular amongst Marathi people.
