MANGO PUDDING

Yum
Mango is the one of my most favorite fruit.  I never say ‘NO’ to Mango, that much I love it.  Whenever Mango season comes really I enjoyed it.  I thought many days to prepare pudding with Mango.  I tried once with jelly crystals but that didn’t work for me, means its not solidifying it remains in liquid state.  So I bought China grass (Agar-Agar) and tried this pudding.  It comes out very well. This is my version of Mango pudding; you too try this and tell me……

INGREDIENTS

Mango - 1
Milk - 5 tsp
Sugar - 7 tsp
China grass - 10 gm
Water - 1 cup
oil - to grease bowl

METHOD

  • Peel off the Mango and chopped, keep some of piece to put at last.

  • Grind the mango with milk and sugar. Keep aside.

  • Wash China grass and add 1 cup of water. Boil it till it completely melts.
  • Wait for sometimes to cool the China grass but be aware won't allow to solidifying.

  • Now add the mango puree and mango pieces to China grass solution and mix well.

  • Pour into the creased bowl and refrigerate around 2 hours.

  • Taking from fridge and loosen the sides of bowl using knife or stick.
  • Invert into the plate and sprinkle some sugar to garnishing.

  • Serve it cold.....
